“When I relax on the table under crisp sheets, hushed music draws me in the moment. The smell of sage or lavender fills the air and then I hear the gentle sound of massage oil being warmed in the therapist’s hands and the sheer need to be touched is unbearable. I don’t need a reason to love a massage it’s the extravagance I deserve.

We all know it reduces stress and muscle pain but now the Mayo Clinic prescribes massage for help with conditions such as fibromyalgia, insomnia, digestive disorders, myofascial pain syndrome,
paresthesias and nerve pain.
Nothing could be sweeter
than to be a comfort food eater... on Saturday night"
You bring the wine and we’ll do the cooking.

Complimentary Dinner
